Today marks the first day of our Heart Health Month team pledge. Please join us and make your heart health a priority this month and always!
Our goal is for each of us (we are 13 strong!) to exercise at a moderate-intensity (within 50-85% of our target heart rate zone) for a minimum of 30 minutes, 5 days a week. This means 130 hours total of heart pounding exercise for the next 29 days in honor of Heart Health Month (and our own health of course)!
